Christina has been living and working here on the ranch since she met Ethan in 2002.  She enjoys the challenge of bow-hunting, and has a new found love of hunting with hounds for Bobcat, Bear & Cougar.  Her latest cougar's skull scores over 14 1/2 inches green, and Christina hopes it will be the largest Pope & Young Cougar shot by a female hunter in New Mexico.  She has taught archery to many Girl Scouts and is an experienced tracker, but her true love (besides Ethan of course) is horses, especially our AQHA ranch stallion, Sir Zephyr Bar whom Christina also shows in reining.

"I love the camaraderie of hunting with hounds!  Especially Twitch, the runt of our last litter.  She's my favorite!  It has been a great way to start bow hunting with stationary targets.  The best part of my latest cougar hunt was that our son, Noah, was here on winter break.  He made it to the lion tree, he growled at the cat, he worked the dogs & then watched me shoot.  Being able to share my first lion with him is an amazing memory I'll have forever!  I'm hooked & can't wait to take my first bear.  I have been collecting hair from a blond boar for 2 years now....so check back this fall for pictures" *finger's crossed* ~Christina
